It's been there a year, but I just tried this cart today. (FYI - It's on 16th between Market and JFK...address on Google is misleading.) All looked delicious, but went with the beef rendang hoagie. It's fantastic: beefy, flavorful. sloppy, super generous portions. Banging bargain for $12. Enough for two lunches or, if you eat it all, a quick post-lunch nap on your desk! The sambal on top was superb! I'll be back. Thank you!

Good quality Indonesian food. Beef rendang was great. For Satay, chicken was better than the lamb. Overall a great food cart.

Hefty portions of flavorful Indonesian comfort food is being dished out from this tiny gleaming cart parked in Center City! Containers are absolutely loaded with hearty meals and the rendang platter (slow cooked to tender richness and savory-sweet, but not too salty) and stir fried noodles (loaded with fresh veggies and chicken) that I ordered today did not disappoint. I appreciated the additions of pickled veg, side salad, and sambal for my rendang platter, which cut the richness. My only note is that my veggie fritters were soggy due to the peanut sauce on top. I’d have preferred sauce on the side. But the fritters were nicely cooked and got devoured regardless. I was hoping that this food would last me a couple of days, but it was so good that I ate it all in one day! Friendly folks run this winning little gem, and I’m excited to return soon to try more things.

tucked right infront of naya by 16th & market street, we chance upon this indonesian food truck! owner was so hospitable, nice and food was also amazing too. my favourite was the lamb sate! it has juicy and fatty parts in between the skewers and it was not tough at all. the peanut sauce was blended and super creamy (which is different than sg/msia’s chunky version) but still so delectable. the rendang was amazing too. love the hoagie (i think the bread was smeared with planta!) the portion was honestly quite generous, took us some time to finish it all. and we enjoyed the homemade matcha drink too. coffee is good but we’re not die hard coffee drinkers so it might be a little bit too strong for us. we will definitely come back when we’re in philly and try the rest of the food! thank you!

Tasty Indonesian food cart with good portions for the sizes. We got a rendang hoagie and the empal suwir, both very good. The guy operating the stand is also very friendly. Also, right now Google says their hours are 11-4 but the owner says that he closes at 8pm
